Silverton Rail (then) 86 class units 8601, 8609, 8622 and 8644 have been returned to service on
lease to Railcorp, and crewed by 3801 Ltd, to be used on construction work at
Bondi Junction station for work trains to remove excavated spoil. Two of the four
locos 8622 and 8644 await their next use outside Eveleigh on Sunday 21st November 2004.
Note 8622 has original cross arm pantographs and 8644 has the later single arm pantographs.
