Join SETS on another amazing day trip to the Hunter Valley Steamfest, held each year in the Maitland station precinct. This wonderful event features steam engines 3237 and 3642, a variety of rail motors, and a whole plethora of shows, talks and stalls. With plenty of things to see, do and photograph you will not be disappointed.
In a double steam themed day we will also be visiting the Richmond Vale Railway with the opportunity to walk through one of the state's most comprehensive rail museums and more live and very much running locomotives. In addition to all the rail related adventures there is an abundance of other attractions including mining displays, a vintage power station, a locomotive workshop and much more.

Fares include travel and entry to Steamfest. Lunch is at your own expense.
The bus will depart Hornsby station (Eastern side-outside platform 1) at 0800 and will pick up at Morisset on request. We will return to Hornsby by 1800. Actual times will be supplied to those who have made a booking, closer to the day.
