carriages is made? Come join SETS on another whirlwind behind the scenes
tour,as we are shown through the BlueScope Port Kembla steel works.
On this tour we will have the rare opportunity to actually walk through
the steel works and watch the steel making process up close and personal.
With lots of big machines, sparks and hot metal this is an opportunity you
don't want to miss.
After our tour of the steel works it is off to TrainWorks at Thirlmere.
TrainWorks offers a variety of things to see and do, including train
rides, the new Main Exhibition Hall, the heritage station precinct,
electric loco 8646 and lots of other rolling stock, and more.

The fare includes all travel to and from Port Kembla, an escorted guided
tour of the steelworks, and entry fee with train rides at Thirlmere
TrainWorks.
The coach will depart central station (Western forecourt outside platform 1
near the clock tower) at 0730 and will arrive back at approximately 1800.
